1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "Player") and RFT88 ("Company", "we" or "platform") with respect to your use of the RFT88 online entertainment platform, accessible via our official website.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the RFT88 platform, you hereby confirm that:

• You have fully read and understood all terms contained in this document;
• You agree to be bound by all rules, policies, and guidelines established by RFT88;

2 Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the RFT88 platform, you must meet the following all the following terms:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. RFT88 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals and will take immediate action — including account closure and balance freeze — if this requirement is found to have been breached.
• Malaysian Resident or Citizen: The RFT88 platform is developed and designed exclusively for players based in Malaysia.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from using online gambling services.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active RFT88 account at any time. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. RFT88 reserves the right to request proof of identity (IC or passport) at any time for verification purposes.

3 Registration & Account Management

Creating an RFT88 account is straightforward and can be completed in under 2 minutes. However, there are important responsibilities you should understand regarding the management of your account:

• Password Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your RFT88 account password confidential. RFT88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party through your password.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication on your account for an additional layer of security. This is a free feature provided by RFT88 to give your account stronger protection.
• Reporting Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the RFT88 support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• Information Updates: You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account remains current and accurate at all times. Outdated or incorrect information may result in delays in withdrawal processing.
• Inactive Accounts: Any account that shows no activity (login, deposit or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. RFT88 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts in accordance with the current applicable policy.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

RFT88 accepts deposits via the following methods only:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• FPX (Online Banking) — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, Bank Islam and other Malaysian banks participating in FPX

• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay Malaysia

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 20. Funds deposited via the above methods are typically credited to your RFT88 account within less than 1 minute once the payment has been confirmed by the respective payment system.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM 50.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your RFT88 account. RFT88 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts in order to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Withdrawal processing times: Bronze (standard) Members — up to 24 hours; Silver VIP Members — up to 4 hours; Gold VIP Members — up to 1 hour; Diamond VIP Members — under 15 minutes.
• RFT88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of your IC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Winnings generated from a bonus that has not yet met its wagering (rollover) requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

RFT88 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Every bonus received is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The required rollover value is clearly stated in each relevant promotional offer.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses carry a set expiry date. Any bonus that is unused or whose wagering requirements remain unfulfilled within the specified period will expire automatically, with no compensation to the player.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, players may only have one active bonus at a time. Activating a new bonus while a previous one is still active may result in the cancellation of any bonuses involved.

VIP tiers are determined based on monthly wagering volume, and RFT88 reserves the right to downgrade a member's VIP tier if the minimum criteria are not met within the stipulated period.

6 Game Rules & Betting Integrity

All games available on the RFT88 platform — including video slots, Live Casino and video poker — operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international auditing bodies. RFT88 is committed to ensuring that every game is conducted fairly and transparently.

• Game Results Are Final: The outcome of every game as recorded by the RFT88 system is final and binding, and may not be disputed except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error or system disruption during a game session, RFT88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. No winnings will be paid out for any round affected by a confirmed technical error.
• Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Every game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which may vary depending on the game type and the player's VIP membership tier. These limits must not be circumvented by any means.
• Connection Interruptions: RFT88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from an interruption to the player's internet connection during an active game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before starting any game session.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

RFT88 strictly prohibits the following conduct and activities on our platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action:

• Use of Bots or Automated Software: The use of any bot software, macros, automated tools, or other technical methods to automate gameplay or transactions on the RFT88 platform is strictly prohibited.
• Player Collusion: Any agreement or coordination between players intended to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Money Laundering: The RFT88 platform must not be used for any form of money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity. RFT88 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in detecting and reporting such activities.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity, providing false information or falsifying documents is a serious offence that may result in legal action under the relevant laws of Malaysia.
• System Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities or errors in the RFT88 system to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Players who discover any system vulnerabilities are requested to report them to RFT88 rather than exploit them.
• Multiple Accounts for Bonuses: Registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim new member bonuses is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

8 Account Suspension, Restriction & Closure

RFT88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Evidence or proof that a member has violated any of the terms set out in this document;
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe;
• Activities showing signs of money laundering or fraud;
• Withdrawal requests that are inconsistent with playing patterns or that involve suspicious funding sources;
• Valid complaints from a player's family members regarding problem gambling;
• Requests from the relevant Malaysian authorities.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, RFT88 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending an investigation. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full as a penalty and as compensation to the platform.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the RFT88 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and all eligible balances will be returned to the player.

9 RFT88 Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, RFT88's liability to any member is limited as follows:

• RFT88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, temporary platform unavailability or issues beyond RFT88's reasonable control, including natural disasters, third-party infrastructure failures or regulatory directives.
• RFT88 shall not be liable for any financial decisions made by players based on information found on this platform. All betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the player.
• RFT88's maximum total liability to any player in any given period is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim, excluding winnings and bonuses.
• RFT88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform.
